The CMUVC2024 Pre-congress Workshop: The Clinical Approach to Treat and Manage Ear Problems in Small Animals, held from December 10–11, 2024, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, has successfully concluded.
Participants gained comprehensive knowledge on managing common ear abnormalities and diseases in dogs and cats through both lectures and practical surgical sessions. The workshop featured advanced procedures such as total ear canal ablation and lateral bulla osteotomy (TECA-LBO), ventral bulla osteotomy (VBO), and otoendoscopy, all conducted under the guidance of expert speakers from the National Taiwan University.
