Chiang Mai University Library Offers Due Date Reminder Service via Line Official Channel

Steps to Subscribe to LINE Notifications:

1. "Add Friend" with the Library @cmulibrary.

2. Select the menu "Due Date Reminder."

3. Verify your identity through CMU Account.

4. Enter your library membership barcode (if unknown, please contact the staff for information or check it yourself via the CMU Mobile application by selecting the Library Services menu and then Patron Information. The membership barcode is the Library Barcode).

5. The system will notify you once the connection is successful.

• The library will cancel the SMS reminder service starting from September 1, 2024.

• Subscribing to notifications via Line Official is free of charge. For inquiries, please call 0 5394 4513.

Note: The library currently provides an SMS reminder service to members before the book return due date, allowing them to renew or return the book on time to avoid fines for late returns. Due to current limitations in sending information and monitoring results, the library offers a one-day advance reminder and a notification for overdue items via Line Official. Users can subscribe to this notification service free of charge.
