Faculty of Agro-Industry
The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, congratulates the students of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, CMU, who received awards in the 2025 Cooperative Education Project Competition at Chiang Mai University. The awards were given for the following five projects:
1.Mr. Supakit Kumduang (Department of Agro-Industrial Biotechnology)
Gold Medal, 1st Runner-Up
Project: Verification of the CIP system in Wet Process and Fresh Milk areas, reduction of product loss in the packaging area, risk assessment of machinery in the packaging area, digitization of procedures and processes for the raw material preparation department, and creation of the DMO Process Module for IBC Bin.
2.Ms. Chanaphat Srivorakul (Department of Agro-Industrial Biotechnology)
Gold Medal, 4th Place
Project: Study of the production process of fried snacks, factors affecting rancidity, and shelf life of fried snack products.
3.Ms. Bunlaporn Pancharoen (Department of Marine Product Technology)
Gold Medal, 6th Place
Project: Reduction of water usage in pet food production.
4.Ms. Mutita Wongsa (Department of Packaging Technology)
Gold Medal, 7th Place
Project: Design of structure and graphics for Display and Shelf-Ready Packaging (SRP).
5.Ms. Jirapat Kumkom, Ms. Neeranuch Muenkaew, and Ms. Sumitanun Wirotsiriwong (Department of Product Development Technology)
Silver Medal, 10th Place
Project: Gamified management system for trained panelists to improve sensory evaluation efficiency.
