Pharmacy Graduate Students Win Gold Medal Award at Thailand Research Expo 2026

A team of graduate students from the Faculty of Pharmacy won the Gold Medal Award in the University Innovation competition at the Thailand Research Expo 2026 for their project titled ‘Anti-oxidant and anti-wrinkle nano-cosmeceutical innovation from cauliflower mushroom extract’. The team members consist of: Ms. Apitchaya Saejang, Ms. Suttida Changprasoed,
a Master’s students in Cosmetic Science, and Ms. Kodpaka Lueadnakrob, a Ph.D. student in Pharmacy. They were supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Wannathida Chaiyana, Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University and Dr. Suphakiat Suphasinth, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna.
The achievement highlights the students’ ability to translate research into innovative applications while reflecting the strength of inter-university collaboration in advancing research that delivers tangible benefits to society.
