NurseCMU Hosts Nord University Delegates to Explore Research Collaborations

On Monday, March 31, 2025, the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Suparat Wangsrikhun, Dean, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phanida Juntasopeepun, Associate Dean, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Preeyakamon Krikitrat, Assistant Dean, warmly welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences, Nord University, Norway. The delegation was headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. G?ril Ursin, Dean, Prof. Dr. G?rill Haugan, Vice-Dean for Education, and Prof. Dr. Marcel K?hler, Professor. The meeting took place at the Wilawan Senarat Meeting Room, Building 4, Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University.

The visit aimed to foster academic exchange and discuss potential collaborations in joint research projects and other academic initiatives. During the session, the delegates also attended a special lecture on Healthcare System in Thailand delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Rangsiya Narin, a faculty member in Public Health Nursing. This insightful presentation provided valuable perspectives on Thailand's healthcare landscape, laying the groundwork for future academic and research collaborations between the two institutions.
