MIdS CMU Successfully Completes ISO 21001:2025 and ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit with Zero Nonconformities

Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, successfully underwent the certification audit for ISO 21001:2025 Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) and surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System on 3–4 August 2026 at Meeting Room 1-101, MIdS CMU.

The audit was led by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who welcomed the audit team from the Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) (MASCI), comprising Ms. Thitirat Panichayangkul, Lead Auditor, and Mr. Wanchai Jirapruekphinyo, Auditor.

The purpose of the audit was to verify that the College's management systems comply with the requirements of ISO 21001:2025 and ISO 9001:2015, while evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation. The audit also assessed the College's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, adherence to certification criteria, consistent implementation of management system processes, and commitment to continual improvement in support of the organization's strategic objectives.

The audit concluded with an outstanding result:no nonconformities were identified in either the ISO 21001:2025 certification audit or the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit. This achievement reflects MIdS CMU's strong commitment to quality assurance, effective educational management, and continuous organizational improvement.
