The camp brought together 13 participants from seven countries, comprising six university lecturers and seven students. The participants included four from Thailand, one from China, one from Cambodia, one from Laos, two from Vietnam, three from Malaysia, and one from the Philippines. The program aimed to promote academic and technological exchange while strengthening collaborative networks among young scholars and researchers across the RCEP region.

Throughout the program, participants joined academic lectures, discussions, and study visits covering topics such as artificial intelligence and AI ethics, industrial digitalization, green energy, and resource recovery, while engaging with scholars and researchers from diverse academic fields.

For Ms. Longfei Sun, the exchange broadened her interdisciplinary perspectives and provided valuable insights relevant to her doctoral research on Smart Waste Governance 4.0, particularly in the areas of digital innovation, citizen participation, and the design of effective and sustainable digital public services.

This program provided an important opportunity to broaden international academic experience, strengthen research capabilities, and establish connections with scholars and researchers from different countries. The knowledge and perspectives gained from the exchange will contribute to the further development of her doctoral research and support future international academic and research collaboration.
