International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, organized the “ICDI INSPIRE 2026: Student Leadership Seminar” under the theme “Inspire People. Create Impact.” Held on September 19, 2026, at Green Lake Resort Chiang Mai, the event aimed to foster and enhance the leadership skills of the Student Club committee members.

The event was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Aniwat Phaphuangwittayakul, Head of the Digital Innovation Division, who delivered the opening remarks. Subsequently, students participated in “Human Bingo” and various group activities led by Dr. Chakkrapong Kuensaen and staff from the International Relations and Student Quality Development units. These activities were designed to strengthen relationships, teamwork, communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

The program featured workshops on “Effective Communication” to improve communication skills across various situations, and “Empathy in Action” to promote active listening, understanding others, and creative collaboration. A reflection session was also included, allowing students to review and summarize the lessons learned throughout the event.

The “ICDI INSPIRE 2026” event aims to develop students' leadership qualities, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. It empowers them to apply their knowledge and experiences to Student Club operations and to collaboratively create activities that benefit the student community
