24 July 2026
Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School
On Friday, 24 July 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, organized a Green Office training program for its personnel. The event was opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Thaneeya Chetiyanukornkul, Assistant Dean of MIdS CMU, who delivered the welcome address and opening remarks. The training was conducted by Lecturer Puangwit Sonlamed, an expert in energy and environmental management, at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
The training aimed to prepare MIdS personnel for the upcoming Green Office assessment by providing practical guidance on the required documentation, supporting evidence, and implementation of the assessment criteria across all evaluation categories. Participants also gained knowledge and best practices for developing environmentally responsible workplace operations.
The program supports MIdS CMU's commitment to sustainable organizational development by reducing environmental impacts, promoting the efficient use of resources, and advancing toward Green Office Certification in accordance with the guidelines of the Department of Climate Change and Environment.
