ICDI Holds “Outstanding Personnel Awards for 2025 (STAR Award 2025)” to Honor Excellence and Organizational Value Creation

On 7 January 2026, the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, organized the “Outstanding Personnel Awards for 2025 (STAR Award 2025)” ceremony to recognize and express appreciation to academic and supporting staff members who play a vital role in driving the College’s missions through their dedication, commitment, and continuous contributions to excellence.

The ceremony aimed to acknowledge outstanding performers, inspire and motivate staff members in their professional endeavors, and foster an organizational culture of excellence, teamwork, and sustainable development in line with quality-driven and results-oriented organizational management principles.
The STAR Award 2025 comprised two categories—Academic Staff and Supporting Staff—with a total of seven award recipients as follows:

The ceremony was held in a warm and inspiring atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of cooperation and dedication among all staff members. The STAR Award serves as a key mechanism for encouraging excellence, recognizing contributions, and strengthening sustainable organizational development.

On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, extended her heartfelt congratulations to all award recipients and expressed appreciation to every staff member for their dedication, commitment, and professionalism. She emphasized that the College’s success is the result of the collective efforts of its people, and the STAR Award will continue to serve as an inspiration in advancing the College toward sustainable excellence.
