The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, co-hosted the 61st Anniversary of Chiang Mai University and the University Award Ceremony on Saturday, 24 January 2026, at the Sala Dham (Dhamma Hall), Chiang Mai University.

The event featured a merit-making ceremony and the presentation of prestigious university awards, including the Outstanding Executive Awards from the President’s Fund, the Chiang Mai University “Golden Elephant” Awards, and Certificates of Honor for Professors.

The ceremony was presided over by Professor Emeritus Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, President of the Chiang Mai University Council, together with university executives and distinguished guests.

The co-hosting of this event reflects the strong collaboration among the university’s faculties and units in celebrating the 61st anniversary of Chiang Mai University and honoring individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the institution.
