LICMU Receives Outstanding Award for Carbon Management Plan

On September 24, 2026, the Language Institute, Chiang Mai University (LICMU), received the Outstanding Award for Organizational Unit Carbon Management Planning at the seminar on the implementation of carbon management plans across CMU organizational units.

The award was presented by Assoc. Prof. Prasert Rerkriangkrai, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, in recognition of LICMU’s effective carbon management planning and its alignment with the University’s goal of becoming a low-carbon and sustainable university.

The award reflects LICMU’s commitment to integrating carbon management into its operations and organizational context. As one of the award-winning units, LICMU was also invited to present its carbon management plan and share its practices with other units across Chiang Mai University.
