   School of Digital Innovation, International College of Digital Innovation-CMU organized the workshop for academic staffs on the topic “Create Your Personal Academic CV in HTML Using Quarto and RStudio Cloud” on December 18, 2024, at Room ICB1102, International College of Digital Innovation building.
   This workshop objective was to empower academic staff with the ability to create personal websites for showcasing personal information, professional profiles, past research achievements, or academic interests in a modern and visually appealing format. Additionally, the workshop emphasized the use of innovative technologies for website design and development to enhance appeal and attract prospective students to current and future programs.
Participants gained valuable knowledge and practical experience in using Quarto and RStudio Cloud—modern tools suitable for creating personal websites. The training was guided by Lect. Dr. Somsak Chanaim,

RStudio Cloud enables users to work from anywhere without needing software installation, simplifying the setup process. Additionally, these tools allow for the integration of insights, such as graphs or research results from R and Python, to make the CV more engaging. Updates and revisions can be done quickly, saving time and costs, as both tools are free and open-source. Moreover, they help establish a credible image with an online CV that can be easily shared on a global scale.
