Faculty of Economics Holds the 6th Econ Internal Meeting 2026 to Strengthen Internal Communication, Knowledge Sharing and Teamwork

On 30 June 2026, from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, held the 6th Econ Internal Meeting 2026 at the Quantitative Analysis Centre. The meeting brought together academic and professional support staff to strengthen internal communication, promote knowledge sharing, and enhance collaboration across the Faculty.
The meeting commenced with an Executive Communication Session, delivered by Mattana Wongsirikajorn, Ph.D., Deputy Dean, together with Mallika Kanyapanit, Secretary of the Faculty of Economics. The session provided updates on the Faculty's policies, strategic directions, and key operational matters, ensuring shared understanding and alignment across all units.
This was followed by a Knowledge Management (KM) session, during which representatives from several administrative and support units shared best practices, work experiences, and operational insights. Participating units included the General Administration Office, Policy, Planning and Educational Quality Assurance Office, Educational Services and Student Development Office, Digital Technology and Learning Media Unit, Smart Building and Environment Unit, and the Corporate Communication and Brand Management Unit.
The meeting concluded with a Team Building activity featuring the interactive game "Do We Think Alike?", designed to encourage open communication, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and foster teamwork in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
The Econ Internal Meeting continues to serve as an important platform for organisational communication, collaborative learning, and staff engagement, supporting the Faculty's commitment to becoming a high-performing learning organisation driven by continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable development.
