Professor Dr. Toyoda Inchihiko, Vice President of Saga University and Director of Research & Community Cooperation Affairs, Mr. Torikai Hirotaka, Vice Mayor of Kashima City, Mr. Nakamura Yuichiro, Executive Director, NPO Hizenhama-shuku Mizu to Machinami no Kai, and delegates, were warmly welcomed by Professor of Practice Ekkachai Mahaek, Ph.D., Vice President of Chiang Mai University, to attend the Letter of Intent signing ceremony and discuss on future cooperation.
