ICDI Welcomes Delegation from Curtin University to Strengthen Academic Collaboration and Promote the 2+2 Double Degree Program

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, welcomed a delegation from Curtin University, Australia, on the occasion of their visit to ICDI to discuss opportunities to further develop and strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions. The visit focused particularly on promoting the 2+2 Double Degree Program between the Bachelor of Science in Digital Innovation (International Program), Chiang Mai University, and the Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Curtin University.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, together with ICDI executives and faculty members, welcomed the Curtin University delegation and engaged in constructive discussions on the implementation of the program, as well as opportunities to further expand academic collaboration between the two institutions in the future.

The 2+2 Double Degree Program represents a significant area of academic collaboration between ICDI and Curtin University. The program provides students with the opportunity to pursue their studies in academic environments in both Thailand and Australia, broaden their international learning experience, enhance their academic and professional competencies, and prepare themselves for future careers in a global context.

The event was attended by more than 20 ICDI students, parents, and faculty members. Participants received information about the 2+2 Double Degree Program, study opportunities at Curtin University in Australia, as well as insights into studying and living abroad, providing valuable information to support their future academic planning.

The visit by the Curtin University delegation marks another important step in the continued partnership between the two institutions and reflects their shared commitment to enhancing educational quality, promoting international learning experiences, and expanding educational opportunities for students, with the aim of preparing graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to thrive in an increasingly global environment.
