ECON CMU Hosts SHARE SHOW SHINE CONTEST 2026 to Inspire Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Work Improvement
9 September 2026
Faculty of Economics
On Wednesday, 9 September 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., the Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University, through its Operational Effectiveness (OE) group, organised “SHARE SHOW SHINE CONTEST 2026: Share Knowledge, Showcase Achievements, Inspire Others” at Room ECB3308, Building 3.
The initiative provided a platform for staff to present work improvement projects and tangible outcomes through a presentation contest, while encouraging the exchange of knowledge, approaches, and practical experiences that can be further applied across the Faculty.
Beyond showcasing achievements, SHARE SHOW SHINE CONTEST 2026 aimed to inspire staff to recognise opportunities for improvement within their everyday work. By reviewing processes, identifying challenges, and developing new approaches, staff can contribute to greater operational effectiveness and better organisational outcomes.
The initiative reflects the principle that “Clear and systematic processes lead to better outcomes, while better outcomes are built upon efficient processes and continuous improvement.”
Through knowledge sharing and the exchange of practical experiences, ECON CMU continues to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous and sustainable process improvement across the organisation.
