Shaping the Future of Health Innovation: NurseCMU at 2025 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, China

Associate Professor Dr. Phanida Juntasopeepun, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, was invited to participate in the 2025 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit: Digital and Intelligent Health Forum, under the theme “Digital and Intelligent Co-construction, Innovation Leadership, Health Equity, Global Governance.” The summit was organized by the West China School of Medicine and West China Hospital, Sichuan University, and held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, China, from November 6–9, 2025.

Dr. Phanida served as a speaker in the Roundtable Discussion on “Integration of Digital and Intelligent Technologies with Healthcare Scenarios” and met with Professor Luo Fengming, President of West China Hospital, Sichuan University, to discuss academic and research collaboration.

The summit brought together representatives from governments, international organizations, businesses, research institutes, and civil society to exchange insights on integrating digital and intelligent technologies in healthcare, with a focus on promoting health equity and building an open, collaborative, and sustainable digital health ecosystem.

This participation highlights the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University’s leadership in global health innovation and its commitment to advancing healthcare solutions that integrate cutting-edge technology with effective healthcare management on a global scale.
