CAMT-CMU Partners with Yala City Municipality to Empower Youth for the Digital Era

The College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University (CAMT CMU), in collaboration with Yala City Municipality, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pakinee Ariya, Project Leader for the Digital Skills and AI Training for Youth, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittawaya Thongkoo and Dr. Kannika Daungcharone, secretaries of the Modern Management and Information Technology program, organized a knowledge-sharing project on artificial intelligence titled “Basic AI for High School Students.”

This initiative aimed to enhance the knowledge and digital competency of local youth in Yala, helping them better understand how AI technology can be applied in daily life and future careers. The training was well received, with over 60 participants attending the event held from July 19–20, 2025, at the Think Lab, Yala City Youth Center, Yala Province.
