MIdS CMU Organizes Annual Staff Seminar 2026 to Enhance Work Performance and Drive the Organization Toward Green Office

On Friday, 14 August 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University, organized its Annual Staff Seminar 2026 under the theme “Enhancing Work Performance and Driving the Organization Toward Green Office.”

The event was opened by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who shared his vision and strategic direction for the College through “DEAN Talk” session. The session was attended by MIdS executives, Chairs of Graduate Program Committees, and MIdS personnel, with the aim of fostering a shared understanding of the College’s operational direction and organizational development.

The seminar also featured a Project Management presentation and an exchange of ideas on the implementation of the Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2027 (B.E. 2570). The activities aimed to enhance personnel’s understanding of the operational framework and enable them to apply the action plan effectively and concretely in their work.

The event was held at Khom Room, 7th Floor, Melia Chiang Mai Hotel.

In the afternoon, participants took part in a Green Office Workshop, focusing on collaborative brainstorming and the development of practical approaches for implementing Green Office initiatives. The workshop aimed to establish actionable guidelines that can be further developed to strengthen MIdS CMU’s office management and environmental sustainability practices.

The seminar reflects MIdS CMU’s commitment to continuous organizational development, effective work management, and sustainable operations, while fostering active participation among personnel in driving the College toward becoming a Green Office.
