International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, Joins Chinese New Year Celebration 2026

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of ICDI, participated in the Chinese New Year Celebration 2026 organized by the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Chiang Mai. The event aimed to strengthen international friendship and collaboration between Thailand and the People’s Republic of China.

During the celebration, Mr. Chen Haiping, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China in Chiang Mai, delivered a Chinese New Year blessing message. Mr. Ratthaphon Naradisorn, Governor of Chiang Mai Province, also extended New Year wishes on behalf of Chiang Mai Province.

The grand celebration was held at The Grand Lanna Ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai, on Friday, 13 February 2026. The event welcomed distinguished executives from organizations, government agencies, Chinese associations, and Thai-Chinese communities in Chiang Mai.

ICDI remains committed to promoting internationalization, strengthening global partnerships, and supporting cross-cultural engagement.
