The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine warmly welcomed a delegation from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) headquarters in Beijing, China, led by Prof. Liu Xianwu, Vice President. The delegation included Chinese experts from the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Science of CAAS, led by Prof. Li Jianxi, Deputy Director General. They met to discuss potential collaboration in the field of veterinary pharmaceuticals. Additionally, a signing ceremony for an academic cooperation agreement between the Lanzhou Institute of Animal Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Science of CAAS and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, was held. Prof. Li Jianxi, Deputy Director General of the Lanzhou Institute, signed the agreement with Prof. Dr. Korakot Nganwongpanich, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, witnessed by Prof. Liu Xianwu, Vice President of CAAS, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Panuwat Yamsakul, Associate Dean for Administration and Human Resources of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The signing ceremony took place at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, on September 21, 2024.
