Sustainable Campus Management Center (SCMC) Organizes Capacity Building Project and Retirement Appreciation Ceremony for the Fiscal Year 2026

On Thursday, August 20 and 31, 2026, the Sustainable Campus Management Center organized the "Capacity Building Project to Enhance Knowledge on Rights and Welfare, Improve Work Process Efficiency for Analytical Thinking Skill Development, and Enhance Personnel Work Efficiency, along with the Retirement Appreciation Ceremony for the Fiscal Year 2026" at Win tree City Resort Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai Province.

Knowledge and Vision Enhancement Activities

In the morning, we were honored to have Assistant Professor Dr. Passakorn Saemprasert, Director of the Sustainable Campus Management Center, preside over the opening of the seminar. Following this, personnel participated in self and organizational development activities as follows:

* Personnel met with the executives and listened to the presentation of the center's vision, mission, and operational goals.


* A lecture was given to provide a correct understanding of rights, welfare, benefits, and related regulations.


* The morning lecture was honored by a guest speaker from the Human Resources Division, Office of the University, Chiang Mai University.



Skill Development and Creative Contributions

The afternoon activities focused on continuously developing the personnel's work potential, including:

* A lecture on improving work process efficiency to develop analytical thinking skills and enhance personnel work efficiency.


* The afternoon lecture was courtesy of a guest speaker from the Occupational Disease Clinic, Social Security Office, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.


* Personnel enjoyed brainstorming and sharing ideas in the "SCMC Logo Design Brainstorming" activity.



Retirement Appreciation Banquet and Eco-Friendly Campaign

At 5:00 PM, a joint dinner activity was held. The highlight of the evening was the souvenir presentation ceremony for 9 retirees as a token of appreciation.

Furthermore, all SCMC personnel were invited to bring their own personal mugs to the event. This was to help reduce plastic waste and protect the environment, while also giving attendees a chance to win prizes during the event.
