CMU Donates Leaf Blowers, Masks and Drinking Water to Support Wildfire Suppression

On April 8, 2026, President Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, together with university executives and the CMU Development Foundation, donated leaf blowers, drinking water, and face masks to support wildfire suppression and haze mitigation efforts. The donation was received by Phrakhru Palad Charuphat Aphakaro, Ph.D., Mae Taeng Ecclesiastical Sub-District Governor (Dhammayuttika Nikaya) and abbot of Wat Pa Na Boon Temple in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai. The handover ceremony took place at the University Property and Asset Management Office.
