MIdS CMU Organizes Project Management Workshop on Effective Planning and Project Administration for Staff

On Thursday, 18 June 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, organized a workshop entitled “Project Management: Techniques for Effective Planning and Project Administration” for its personnel.

The workshop was led by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, who served as the keynote trainer and facilitator. The training aimed to enhance staff members’ knowledge and understanding of effective project planning and management techniques, while promoting a systematic approach to project administration.

Participants gained practical insights into key project management concepts and tools designed to improve operational efficiency and minimize project delays. Major topics covered included Critical Path Analysis, project scheduling and time control, task prioritization, the use of Gantt Charts, and various project management tools and techniques.

Through this workshop, MIdS CMU seeks to strengthen organizational capabilities, improve work performance, and support continuous development toward greater operational excellence. The training was held in Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.
