On 15 July 2026, Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Osathanunkul, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Economics, represented the Faculty in presenting its strategic risk management practices at Risk Culture & Learn Together: Organisational Risk Culture and Learning Programme, held at the Chiang Mai University Science and Technology Park.
The Faculty of Economics was selected by Chiang Mai University as one of the University's exemplary faculties to share its experience and best practices in risk management with executives and staff from across the University, contributing to institutional learning and the continuous enhancement of risk management practices.
During the session, Assoc. The presentation covered the Faculty's systematic risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, and the integration of risk management into strategic planning and organisational development.
The session also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and best practices, fostering a stronger risk-aware organisational culture (Risk Culture) while encouraging collaborative learning across faculties and administrative units.
