ICDI Welcomes New Graduate Students at 2026 Orientation Day

International College of Digital Innovation
On June 20, 2026, the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) at Chiang Mai University successfully hosted its Graduate Student Orientation Day, warmly welcoming the new cohort of Master’s and PhD students.
The event commenced with inspiring opening remarks from ICDI leadership, including Dean Asst. Prof. Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen and Associate Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somchai Sriyab. Attendees were also honored with a special welcome video message from the President of Chiang Mai University, Prof. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol. Following the opening ceremony, students were introduced to the college's academic and supporting staff, ensuring they know who to turn to for guidance during their academic journey.
To provide targeted and relevant information, the later part of the orientation was split into specialized programs. Master's degree students and PhD students participated in an seperate session for in-depth information of each program.
The orientation successfully prepared incoming students with the essential knowledge and connections needed to thrive at ICDI.
