CMUBS Organizes Field Trip at Patara Elephant Conservation, Broadening Students' Perspectives on Conservation and Sustainable Business

Chiang Mai University Business School
On September 5, 2026, Chiang Mai University Business School, organized a field trip to Patara Elephant Conservation, giving second-year students from the Bachelor of Accountancy (International Program) the opportunity to learn about nature and wildlife conservation, while broadening their perspectives on responsible and sustainable business practices.
During the activity, students learned about the importance of conserving nature and wildlife, gaining fresh insights into how conservation can be integrated with responsible and sustainable business practices. Through lectures and hands-on activities, students explored how businesses can create value and generate positive impact, while also contributing to the well-being of animals, local communities, and the environment.
