The 5th CMU KM Sharing Day 2026 Driving Work through Knowledge Management Advancing Services toward Service Excellence

CMU HR Update : On 30 June 2026,
Chiang Mai University hosted the 5th CMU KM Sharing Day 2026 under the theme "Driving Work through Knowledge Management" with the focus Advancing Service toward Quality."
The event was honored by the participation of Ms. Chumnumporn Isariyaphrut, Head of the University Health Center Laboratory, Chiang Mai University, who delivered a special keynote address. The program also featured an Implementation Showcase, providing a platform to explore successful projects, exchange knowledge, and capture key lessons learned from units recognized for their outstanding service performance.
The showcase highlighted effective strategies and best practices for enhancing service quality, improving operational efficiency, responding promptly and accurately to service users' needs, and maximizing customer satisfaction. These efforts represent an important step toward strengthening the quality and reputation of Chiang Mai University's services in a sustainable manner.
The final session of the project will be held on 15 July 2026. CMU staff members who are interested are warmly invited to join this learning opportunity to expand their knowledge and enhance their professional skills. For more information and registration, please visit:
