CMU Welcomes Foreign Affairs Executive Programme Batch 17 Delegation for Science and Technology Site Visit

On August 18, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Tanyanuparb Anantana, Vice President, welcomed members of the Foreign Affairs Executive Programme Batch 17, 2026, from the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The delegation comprised officers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and administrators from other government agencies as part of ‘Team Thailand’. During their visit to CMU, the delegation attended a lecture on the role of science parks in advancing the country’s economic and innovation development and fostering a regional ecosystem for science, technology and innovation. They also visited laboratories and research centers, where they learned about outstanding research and products with commercial applications in various fields, including medicine, smart agriculture, food and health, and environmental solutions. The delegation also visited the Innovative Food Fabrication Pilot Plant at the Northern Science Park (NSP) Building, CMU STeP.
