On December 12, 2024, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, hosted the annual international academic conference, Chiang Mai University Veterinary Conference (CMUVC 2024), under the theme 'Bridging Theory and Practice in Animal Health.'

On December 12, 2024, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, hosted the annual international academic conference, Chiang Mai University Veterinary Conference (CMUVC 2024), under the theme "Bridging Theory and Practice in Animal Health."

The event also featured an appreciation ceremony for benefactors and supporters of the faculty's activities throughout the year, along with the presentation of the 2024 "Distinguished Alumni Award" by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The conference was officially opened by Prof. (Special Expert) Dr. Krirkrit Nganwongpanich, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Chiang Mai University, and was attended by faculty executives, lecturers, staff, and students who warmly welcomed participants.

The event took place from December 12–13, 2024, at the Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel and Convention Center in Chiang Mai.

Objectives and Highlights of CMUVC 2024
CMUVC 2024 aimed to promote the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge in animal care and health, establish a platform for knowledge exchange, and strengthen partnerships within the veterinary and animal health sectors both domestically and internationally.

Key activities included:
• Seminars, panel discussions, and lectures on animal health
• Academic presentations by the faculty
• Exhibitions by animal health product providers
• The Exotic & Aquatic Pet Show: "Youth Join and Learn Community"
The conference attracted significant attention from veterinarians, animal health business operators, university students, and high school students alike.
