ICDI Participates in AI Change Agent Program and Receives Honorable Mention for “ICDI PROCESS & Knowledge Hub” Pitching Project

The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, participated in the AI Change Agent Development Program, an initiative aimed at developing personnel as change leaders in artificial intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and enhance organizational operations. The program included practical training sessions and workshops designed to strengthen participants’ AI skills and their ability to apply digital technologies to real-world organizational work.

On 13 August 2026, at Khum Phu Kham Hotel, Chiang Mai, the ICDI Team participated in the Pitching Project competition as part of Pitching Day, presenting their project entitled “ICDI PROCESS & Knowledge Hub: An Intelligent Knowledge Hub for the Digital Workplace.” The team received an Honorable Mention in recognition of their innovative concept. The event featured project presentations, evaluation by a panel of judges, and an exchange of feedback and recommendations for further development.

The ICDI PROCESS & Knowledge Hub is a proposed organizational knowledge and workflow management system that applies AI to transform individual knowledge into structured workflow information. The system is designed to support information verification and access control, while enabling users to retrieve organizational knowledge through conversational interaction, thereby supporting more efficient work and knowledge management in the digital era.
