Sustainable Campus Management Center, CMU, organizes training on "Reptile and Venomous Animal Management"To ensure safety and provide peace of mind for students, staff, and visitors within the Chiang Mai University area,
where reports of reptiles and venomous animals such as snakes, bees, hornets, and wasps are frequently found around student dormitories and office buildings. Security personnel participated in the training to improve operational skills
with academic accuracy, reduce risks, and prevent hazards to both operators and the animals. Lectures and field practice were conducted by experts from the Chiang Mai Zoo, providing knowledge on identifying venomous species,
proper handling methods, animal behavior, management guidelines, and correct first aid procedures in case of animal bites or stings. Hands-on group practice included situational assessment and the proper use of reptile handling equipment,
ensuring rapid and safe assistance to everyone while minimizing harm to both humans and animals. This ensures not only the safety of people within the university but also the humane management of animals, allowing everyone to live
and engage in activities within the campus with peace of mind every day while coexisting sustainably with nature. CMU is committed to caring, attentiveness, and continuous improvement in all aspects to make the university a warm, safe,
