Chiang Mai University Business School (CMUBS) continues to strengthen its presence on the global stage as Assistant Professor Dr. Khongphu Nimanandh, Dean of Chiang Mai University Business School (CMUBS), was invited by AACSB International to attend the AACSB Board of Directors Meeting on April 11, 2026, followed by participation in the AACSB Global Summit on April 12, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, USA. These high-level gatherings convene global leaders in business education to shape the future direction of management education worldwide.

The Dean was joined by the School’s leadership team, including Associate Professor Dr. Narumol Kimpakorn, Associate Dean, and Assistant Professor Dr. Tulaya Tuladilok, who together participated in the International Conference and Annual Meeting (ICAM), held from April 13–15, 2026, in Seattle, Washington, USA. As AACSB’s flagship global conference, ICAM brings together academic leaders and scholars from over 60 countries to exchange cutting-edge insights and drive innovation in business education in response to an increasingly dynamic global landscape.

Participation in these events underscores CMUBS’s strong positioning as an internationally recognized institution. It also reflects the School’s commitment to translating knowledge into practice (close-to-practice) and generating meaningful, sustainable impact for business and society.

In addition, the CMUBS delegation joined an official photo session with AACSB leadership in celebration of the School’s successful reaccreditation. This milestone reaffirms CMUBS’s adherence to the highest global standards of quality and its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

CMUBS’s presence on the AACSB global stage not only represents a significant institutional achievement but also highlights the growing role of Thai business schools in contributing to and shaping the future of global business education.
