CMU and Chiang Mai Provincial Administration Discuss Provincial Development

Prof. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, M.D., Ph.D. President of Chiang Mai University , together with the university’s executive team, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Thotsaphon Phuean Udom, Governor of Chiang Mai, to extend congratulations on his appointment as Governor of Chiang Mai Province, effective 1 October 2026, following his appointment by Royal Command.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for Chiang Mai University and the Chiang Mai Provincial Administration to discuss public administration and collaborative approaches to the development of Chiang Mai Province.

The meeting was held at the Reception Room, Chiang Mai Provincial Hall, on Friday, 2 October 2026.
