Chiang Mai University Faculty of Agro-Industry Congratulates Researchers on Petty Patent Registration

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly extends its congratulations to Associate Professor Dr. Rajnibhas Sukeaw Samakradhamrongthai, Ms. Benjamas Nopa, and Ms. Amonwan Phithiphrom on the successful registration of a petty patent for their innovation entitled “Formulation for Producing Pasta from Jackfruit Seed Flour.”

The petty patent application, No. 28580, was filed on June 24, 2024.

This achievement reflects the team’s dedication to research and innovation, as well as their efforts to transform agricultural resources into value-added products and promote the practical application of research for sustainable development.
