The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol and Asst. Prof. Dr. Churairat Moukamnerd on their appointment as Guest Editors for the Special Issue entitled:

“Bioactive Metabolites in Fermented Foods: From Microbial Alchemy to Human Health” published in Fermentation, a respected international journal in food fermentation and biotechnology.

This achievement highlights their strong academic leadership, expertise in fermentation science, and the Faculty’s continuous commitment to advancing research in bioactive metabolites, functional foods, and the valorization of agro-industrial by-products at the global level.

The Faculty extends its warmest congratulations and looks forward to further international research collaboration and impactful scholarly contributions from both editors.
