Chiang Mai University’s Faculty of Agro-Industry extends its heartfelt congratulations to Professor Dr. Pornchai Rachtanapun on receiving the “Outstanding Food Scientist Award 2026” in the category of Distinguished Researcher in Food Science and Technology.

The award was presented by the Ajinomoto Foundation in collaboration with the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT) to recognize and honor researchers who have continuously contributed outstanding research achievements and successfully applied their innovations to the advancement of the food industry.
