CMU Agro-Industry Students Awarded JASSO Scholarships for Short-Term Study and Research in Japan

Faculty of Agro-Industry
The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Ms. Napatsawan Chaimahawan and Mr. Nonnaphat Natpanyaporn, master’s degree students in the Food Science and Technology Program, on receiving the JASSO Study Abroad Support Program (Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan) for Fiscal Year 2026.
The scholarships are awarded under the research theme “Researcher Development Program for Evaluation of Biodiversity and Utilization Technology of Plant Function in Asia.”
As part of the program, the students will undertake short-term study and research at the Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Yamagata University, Japan, for a period of six months, from October 2026 to March 2027.
