MIdS CMU Welcomes Delegation from Graduate School, Srinakharinwirot University for Knowledge Exchange on Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary Program Management

Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School
On Tuesday, 7 July 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, led by Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Salinee Santiteerakul and Associate Professor Dr. Wantida Chaiyana, Associate Deans, and MIdS personnel, warmly welcomed a study visit delegation from Graduate School, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU).
SWU delegation was led by Associate Professor Dr. Chatchai Ekpanyaskul, Former Dean of the Graduate School, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Sujittra Srisang, Acting Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, faculty members, and staff from Graduate School, totaling 40 participants.
The visit focused on exchange of knowledge and best practices in the management of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary academic programs. Discussions covered curriculum development to address the evolving needs of society and the labor market, the integration of knowledge across multiple disciplines, educational quality enhancement, and strategies for improving curriculum effectiveness in response to the rapidly changing higher education landscape.
The session also provided an opportunity for both institutions to exchange perspectives and experiences in academic and organizational management, fostering future collaboration and strengthening institutional networks. The knowledge-sharing session was held at Meeting Room 1-101, MIdS CMU.
