MIdS CMU Collaborates with ERDI for CMU-ECI Energy Conservation Initiative

On Friday, March 26, 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University (MIdS CMU), in collaboration with Energy Research and Development Institute - Nakornping, Chiang Mai University (ERDI CMU), held a briefing session on the implementation of the Energy Conservation Promotion Project through Electrical Energy Efficiency Measurement (CMU-ECI) at the departmental level.

The initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Chiang Mai University by enhancing energy efficiency. The session included presentations on energy consumption data and an initial energy usage survey.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Apichart Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, together with the ERDI team led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Itthichai Preechawuttipong, Deputy Director of ERDI CMU, along with engineers and technical staff.

The session took place at Room 3-208, Building 3, MIdS CMU.
