Public health professor receives Outstanding Award in Media Innovation from Thai Media Fund

CMU Faculty of Public Health’s Dr. Kannikar Intawong, was named CMU’s 2021 Outstanding Technologist and Innovator with Public Policy Impacts, and received the 2021 Media Innovation Award in the category ‘Outstanding Award in Media Innovation’ from the Thai Media Fund for her research on the application of VR for social skill development among children with autism spectrum disorder, funded by National Innovation Agency (NIA).
The Media Innovation Awards, nominated by various agencies, honour innovative media projects that are creative, easy to understand and practical on a large scale. This nomination was made by the NIA.
