CMU Medical Students Win Excellent Poster Award

Ms. Chanakan Bunsongsantikul, Mr. Chanasit Witchutarat, Ms. Thitaree Sukawira,
Ms. Pimfa Wiboonrat and Mr. Sirachat Chomborisut, fifth-year medical students, received the Excellent Poster Award for their work titled, ‘Haze in the Workplace: Seasonal Indoor Air Quality and Health Effects Among Workers in Chiang Mai’ at the UOEH International Symposium 2025, held between November 14 – 15, 2025 at the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan. They were supervised by Assistant Professor Vithawat Surawattanasakul, M.D., and Wuttipat Kiratipaisarl, M.D.
This highlights the academic excellence of students at the Faculty of Medicine and it presented a valuable opportunity for them to gain new insights and experience. It fostered an atmosphere of learning and knowledge sharing while contributing to advancements in medical research.
