ICDI Organizes CMU PAPA Training for Academic Position Allowance Applications

On Monday, August 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the Human Resources Unit, in collaboration with the School of Digital Innovation and the Human Capital Resources Division, Office of the University, organized a hands-on workshop titled "Using the CMU PAPA System for Academic Position Compensation Submissions" at Room ICB 1102, 1st Floor, International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) Building. The event was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Somchai Sriyab, Associate Dean of ICDI, and attended by the College Secretary, Head of the General Administration Section, Human Resources Unit staff, and full-time faculty members of the School of Digital Innovation.

The workshop was conducted to enhance faculty members' knowledge and understanding of navigating the CMU PAPA system, as well as providing guidelines on selecting appropriate academic achievements in compliance with Chiang Mai University's criteria and official announcements.

On this occasion, ICDI was honored to welcome guest speakers from the Human Capital Resources Division, Office of the University:
1. Ms. Narin Inkamsaeng
2. Mr. Nattakorn Sasithorn
3. Ms. Chaloemporn Sanhapiromkul

The speakers shared in-depth knowledge and provided practical advice. In addition, an English co-speaker was arranged to assist international faculty members, ensuring clear communication and enabling a smooth, accurate, and fully compliant academic compensation submission process in accordance with university standards.
