MIdS CMU Welcomes Faculty of Science, University of Phayao, for Academic Exchange on Sports Science Program Management

On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School, Chiang Mai University (MIdS CMU) welcomed faculty members and students from Faculty of Science, University of Phayao for an academic knowledge-sharing session on the management of Sports Science program at MIdS CMU.

The MIdS CMU delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jirakrit Leelarungrueangyap, Assistant Dean of MIdS CMU, together with MIdS CMU staff. The visiting delegation, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Korawiwut Rangabhet, Chair of the Sports Science and Physical Education Program, along with faculty members and students from the Faculty of Science, University of Phayao, comprised 10 participants.

The session was held at Room 3-207, Building 3, MIdS CMU, and focused on sharing knowledge and experiences in Sports Science program administration and management, including curriculum management and educational practices.

The academic exchange was organized as part of the Sports Science and Physical Education Network Seminar Project of the Faculty of Science, University of Phayao. The initiative aims to strengthen academic collaboration and knowledge exchange in Sports Science and Physical Education among higher education institutions, particularly in the areas of teaching and learning, curriculum management, and collaborative research.

The exchange also seeks to contribute to the enhancement of graduate-level education, while empowering faculty members and students to apply shared knowledge and experiences to their studies, research, and professional development effectively.
