KIND Center by CAMT-CMU Shares Expertise on ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System with Airports of Thailand PLC

The Knowledge and Innovation Development (KIND) Center at the College of Arts, Media and Technology, Chiang Mai University (CAMT-CMU), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Achara Khamaksor, Acting Assistant Dean for Knowledge and Innovation Development and Head of KIND, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Acrapol Nimmolrat, Chair of the Master’s Program in Knowledge and Innovation Management, and Asst.Prof.Dr. Chalermpon Kongjit, faculty member of the same program, were invited as guest speakers at CNX KM DAY 2025.
They delivered a lecture on “ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System” to executives and staff of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT). The session focused on understanding the importance, benefits, principles, and requirements of ISO 30401:2018, and how to apply the standard to develop effective organizational knowledge management systems. The training aimed to prepare personnel and the organization for ISO 30401:2018 certification.
The event took place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 11:00 to 11:30 AM, at the multipurpose training room, Chiang Mai Airport, with over 65 participants attending.
