NurseCMU Joins 2026 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Population Ageing in China

Associate Professor Dr. Phanida Juntasopeepun, Associate Dean, and Associate Professor Dr. Noppamas Sripetchwandee, Assistant Dean, from the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University (NurseCMU), attended the 2026 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Population Ageing, held from October 26-30, 2026, at the InterContinental Hangzhou in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The conference was organized by the China National Committee on Ageing, HelpAge International, and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Ahead of the main conference, they also joined HelpAge Network Day and the Board–Network Exchange Forum. The sessions brought together HelpAge network members and board representatives to exchange perspectives on population ageing in the Asia-Pacific region and discuss ways to strengthen collaboration and guide the network’s future work.
