This event was attended by Mr. Wirul Pantewee, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province on 24th August, 2020.
The Pain relief cream is made from Thai plant extracts and is the result of research in chili essence, Capsaicin, which has pain relief properties. Capsaicin causes nerve cells to block pain while increasing the blood flow and is enhanced with other Thai plant extracts, which help improve the efficacy of reducing pain and inflammation. This is then combined with Lysopome which is absorbed through the skin, thus, maintaining the permeability of the skin. This helps reduce drug toxicity, reduce the irritation of drugs given through the skin, and it is not toxic to the body.
The Center of Excellence in Life Sciences, Ministry of Science and Technology won the Gold medal award from the 12th European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation 2020 Conference, which honored the results and accomplishments of this medicine.
This pain relief cream can meet the needs of today's consumers with muscle and joint pain from work, especially office workers who often encounter problems with Office Syndrome symptoms and pain caused by age. The Science and Technology Park aims to create research that will be innovative and practical, creating opportunities and developments for researchers, and is conducted in cooperation with the private sector in order to support the growth of state-of-the-art products.
