A Health and Public Health Service Center (Medical Hub) for senior patients is planned, hosting a 450-bed medical center with 9 floors of parking spaces at the Faculty of Medicine, that can serve 400,000 or more outpatients per year, 30,000 or more inpatients per year and 2,000 or more long-term rehabilitation patients per year, with the goal of establishing Chiang Mai as an ASEAN medical center.

Also known the Senior Wellness Center located on an area of 7 rai adjacent to the Ping River in Chiang Mai, it is expected to be completed in the next three years, which will help elevate Chiang Mai as a medical center that can be linked with medical tourism.

The Senior Wellness Center is a quality of life development center for the elderly, harnessing and integrating the different fields within the university. The center has four main components: the Intelligent Training Center for the Elderly, the Center Model of day care for the elderly, the Center for Elderly Recreation, and the Intelligent Health innovation Garden for the elderly.

The Long Term Care Center has the main objective of providing comprehensive care for the elderly and a has a service network link with the Maharat Nakhon Chiang Mai Hospital Geriatric Medicine Center. Its 3, 4-story buildings consisting of a health examination room, physical therapy room, dining room and recreation rooms.

In addition, the Chalermprakiat center of medical excellence provides medical services with modern high technology and comprehensive services in various fields. The Hariphunchai Medical Service Center, Lamphun Province, contains 216 beds, and has a Center for Thai Traditional and Combined Medicine (TTCM), and a Geriatric Medicine Center (GMC).
