The International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University organized a seminar project for its staff in the year 2024, held on May 8th at the Faculty of International Studies, Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus.
Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, the Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University, along with administrators, faculty, and staff from the Digital Innovation International College visited to study organizational management, teaching and learning management, and educational support at the Faculty of International Studies, Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus. Additionally, we were honored by Associate Professor Dr. Prathana Kannaovakun, the Dean of the Faculty of International Studies at Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus, along with the faculty administrators, who welcomed us during this visit.
The objective of organizing such personnel seminars is to promote understanding of organizational management, teaching and learning management, and educational support within the Faculty of International Studies. The aim is to identify operational issues and obstacles, develop policy guidelines, and establish corrective measures for improvement. Furthermore, the seminars facilitate the exchange of ideas to be applied in the future organizational management of the Digital Innovation International College, ensuring that the project achieves its stated objectives.
